Everything was seamless and the communication was amazing. Never once did I wonder if my car was in good hands. I’ve dealt with other repair places and this is by far the best. 10/10 all around !

Missing “ecoboost” badging on tailgate, missing the matching bed liner on tailgate, the hitch receiver that was used to replace my old one hangs down and isnt neatly tucked like my original. But worst of all, after the accident i had a wierd vibration at 70mph, I notified the service writer and was told they were going to look into the situation. The night i got my truck back, the vibration was worse. I needed my truck the next day so i took it to americas tires to check wheel balancing and it was found that the toe was out of alignment. I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. And communication was the worst. I didnt want the job rushed but every estimated date to completion was wrong and I had to chase down the service writer to find out what was going on.

I appreciate the ease of which I was able to go through the process. All of the employees were very pleasant to deal with. I appreciate the constant updates and the phone calls for any big news or changes. The whole repair took about as long as I originally expected, which wasn't long to begin with. The pickup went smoothly. I couldn't really ask for a better experience.

The overall service was fast. From getting the initial call the same day of the accident to the day we picked up our vehicle. All of the staff was helpful, efficient, and courteous. Would highly reccommend this facility. This is our fourth time working with Caliber Collision.
