I will definitely use Caliber in Upland again, hope that is not necessary. I will recommend Caliber in Upland to my friends and family. These guys were professional and curious. Cody (my Rep) explained all of the repairs and how the repairs would take place. I got daily email updates and 3 check-in phone calls. At no time was I not clear on the progress of my repairs. The results were outstanding. I could not tell that the care had bodywork and paint. These guys know what they are doing and I appreciate the professionalism and quality I received from Caliber in Upland.

Joe Sanchez did a great job taking care of me and my car after my relocation company decided to put dents all over it during the move. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mercedes certified body shop.

Very professional and efficient team. Cody did a great job communicating with us the progress of the work every day. The work done for our Mazda 6, just a few weeks old when we were hit from behind by a distracted driver, made us feel like the accident "never happened." Thank you!
