1. Severe Paint Mismatch on Rear Bumper Upon inspecting the vehicle in direct sunlight, there is a noticeable color variance between the newly painted plastic rear bumper and the adjacent metal quarter panels. The upper body has a crisp, cool grey tone, while the newly painted bumper is significantly darker and carries a flatter, warmer undertone. Given the high-end nature of this vehicle's paint, this mismatch is unacceptable and will require a proper tint match and respray. I have attached photos highlighting the difference. 2. Missing Property (Factory Tire Inflator Kit) I noticed that the technicians had removed my trunk privacy shade and left it on the second-row floor. This prompted me to check the under-floor storage compartment where the emergency equipment is kept. I discovered that the factory Mercedes-Benz tire inflator/compressor kit was entirely removed during the repair process and was not returned to the vehicle. Please check the shop floor or the technician's workstation immediately to locate my missing equipment

When picking up my vehicle, nothing seemed abnormal, but when driving it and looking at the spot where the repairs were, I've noticed that there is a little dent I thought it was me that had dented it, but I know that it would have cracked and ruined the fresh paint that would've been on before they put on the coating, I was wondering if there was a chance I can bring it in and you guys can see it

I appreciated the welcoming, clean, and professional shop, the communication, and most of the work. A huge drawback is that I just discovered my headlights are not functioning and found out the hard way - far from home and in the dark. I will be bringing my car back in tomorrow and would appreciate prompt attention to it so that I do not have to miss any more work for this. Thank you in advance.
