Please change the message that customers hear when placed on hold. The same message kept repeating itself and it became annoying after the third repeat. Music would have been much better.

Right side there is a bigger gap between the bumper then there is on the left side. And then the left side is not clipped all the way. Its missing the bottom clip and the right side has all the clips but not pushed in all the way. Definitely looks like they reused parts

It took longer than expected, non-OEM parts don’t fit and are loose. The gap between the right front panel is bigger than the left. The rear camera was not calibrated. Don’t know why they even touched it since the damage was in the front but whatever sensors that got damaged and replaced needed calibration I guess. Got updates about the status that were supposed to let me know how it was going but the messages only said if I needed anything to let them know. Other Caliber locations would send me updates with pictures and measurements. Would love to get some of this things fixed but I don’t have the energy to deal with it since it took way longer to get it fixed. Never had I experienced such a wait for the type of damage.
