Everything about the experience was excellent! Blake made sure I fully understood the process, kept me informed and updated along the way, and was genuinely great to work with. From start to finish I received excellent customer service from the Caliber team and quality workmanship. However, on the day I picked up my vehicle and once home I did see an issue with the hood latch not engaging smoothly as it previously had been. I will check it again and if still an issue will reach out.
