The car looks as good as new! Work was. Completed ahead of schedule which was unexpected, and I felt well informed through the whole process. While I hope to not need a body shop in the future, Caliber will be our choice for repairs!

It was very nice they adjusted my headlights on my van for free. Even the Toyota dealer near me was not sure they could do it. I'd been getting flashed on the highway for a long time, because my driver's side light was higher than the passenger side, so it will be very nice not to experience that the next time I'm on a two lane road! Also, they did a bang-up job cleaning the interior of my van. I'm not sure that will go over with everyone as some might be in love with their mess, but I appreciated it. Nice touch.

They did a great job of the repair. They accomplished that in significantly less time than promised. They were very professional in all aspects of dealing with me. They bent over backwards to get me in a rental to tide me over. What;s not to like?

Honestly, from the first 3 seconds walking into the front door I was already having a great customer experience. Every person I interacted with was friendly, professional and made the process so seamless and painless. The building is beautiful inside and out and the staff is excellent. The repair on our car was top notch, so well done, and was quick. I'm overjoyed that my insurance company sent me to Caliber, because the experience was above and beyond.
