The caliber collision team did a great job taking care of my vehicle and keeping me informed through the entire process of it. This was the first time I needed major work done to my vehicle do to an accident and it was done very quickly. I would recommend them any day to any one. Thanks to the entire staff!

Front desk Melissa I believe. Is absolutely amazing! Super friendly & great at her job! My car was detailed and repaired in a very timely matter. Thank god because I was sick of my chevy malibu as a rental. How can a brand new car drive soo bad. Haaa because it’s a chevy

I would have given a five until I went to pick my truck up. When I got there they had stated my vehicle was 100 percent and it wasn't. When I started my truck a message popped up stating max engine oil pressure. I went back in and spoke to the girl who i guess handles things ( very unprofessional by the way) she said im not sure why thats doing that let me google it. Let me tell you how bad that makes your company look that you have to rely on google to give you answers. She then came out and wanted to keep asking me when the last time I changed my oil and that I needed an oil change. I kept explaining to her I didn't need an oil change but she insisted that was the problem. She then rudely said if I want I can just leave my truck there and they will diagnose it for 250 bucks and try and charge it to the insurance and if the insurance denied it I would be responsible for paying any extra. I did ultimately just leave and got an oil change which wasn't due for another 1000 miles smh. Yes it did reset the problem but they also said that the problem could have been fixed with programming to reset the oil life. Which should have been done you all. Now I wake up to my lane departure not working and more lights on the dash and im not looking forward to coming to deal with the complete unprofessional lady you have handling your customers. Please provide her with some customer service training. I was treated 3000 times better by the people who changed my oil for 130 bucks compared to her with a 5000 dollar repair.
