Absolutely wonderful! They made a horrible situation (being involved in an accident) so much more bearable than I thought it would be. They came highly recommended by coworkers and I was not disappointed. I called Caliber Collision, gave them the info they needed and they took care of EVERYTHING from that point forward. They contacted my insurance, coordinated a rental car (including pick-up and drop-off) and kept me.informed every step of the way. Speedy and top-quality service from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

The customer service from my first phone call through the day I picked back up the car, the customer service as excellent. They answered every question patiently and kindly, never made me feel as though I was bothering them, and clearly understood this was the first time I was dealing with something of this major a repair since I’d lost my late spouse. Had the first place I took the car to responded that way, I never would have met the fine people at Caliber! I’m almost grateful the first shop had responded so rudely, because I walked out of their place and called my agent to ask who Progressive recommended.

We had to unfortunately replace the car battery when it was under the care of Caliber for several weeks. An additional charge we weren't expecting. The battery likely died while in their care because they had left the headlights on which was still the case when I picked the car up. All I can say is I would not recommend Caliber to anyone I know.

The Equinox emblem on the driver door is around 1 inch difference from the passenger door but everything else looks good
