I was very impressed and happy from the beginning until the end of this whole process. Everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the process. They even updated us on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the process. The repairs were done very well and the car looks great. If we ever need to do anything like this again we will definitely use Caliber Collision. Thank you for everything!

caliber did an awesome job repairing my truck back to is original self, they even fixed a few dents that was not caused by the wreck which was a major plus for us.....I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to get a vehicle repaired and fixed.....

I appreciated that Javier kept me updated on the status of the repairs. My car was detailed (unexpected!) and returned with a full tank of gas. The repairs were done perfectly...like a brand new car. I highly recommend Caliber-Valpo. Im very pleased!

I had an incredibly positive experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had before I even had a chance to ask. They keep you updated twice a week, and my car was finished way earlier than originally estimated. Would definitely recommend!

Such a great place! They clean the inside and outside of your car for you when the service is done. Everything gets done in a timely manner, and they communicate with you right away! They have enterprise show up and take you to a rental car and you can just drop the rental back off at caliber without having to go back to enterprise! I’ve used them in portage and happy to welcome them into valpo!
