They got the job done right the 1st time. They washed and cleaned up the inside. Only ding is my wife smokes and they cleaned the inside of the windshield poorly. It was patchy streaks and at night oncoming lights made it impossible to see so we had to pull over and clean them better.

Repair was done correctly. I was not given a quote. The total repair was only $900 and my deductible was $500 so I would have paid the difference and not file an insurance claim.

The “team” was very responsive and communicated the progress of my repair on a timely basis. I was able to drop my rental car at the Caliber Collision site and they coordinated the return of the vehicle to the rental agency, VERY CONVENIENT.

The bumper and the paint looked great when that were done. They even vacuumed and shampooed the inside of my car which made my life much easier. They were all very polite and did an excellent job.

Everyone was extremely polite, the communication was on point, I never wondered what was happening with my jeep. I loved the texting. Oh and your waiting room is too die for. 🤷♀️ my jeep looks great!
