The whole process from start to finish was great. Melissa at the front desk was very friendly throughout the entire process and kept me up to date on each step my truck went through. When I picked up my truck it was clean and good smelling inside which made my whole day!!

Lady at the front was very helpful, she called the car rental company to get the vehicle to me. Very informative and good communication on where my vehicle was in process and was done when they said it would be. Great experience front start to beginning. It was my first accident so I’m thankful it was such a smooth process. The clean, good smelling car at pickup was a big bonus too!!

Everything from stopping by for a quote, scheduling the repair and the work was superb. Tommy and Melissa were great. When I picked the car up, I was surprised at how clean it was inside and out! The quality of repair work was great. No complaints.

Coming from The WORST CUSTOMER EVER..... After Screaming, crying, and hanging up Countless Times on Many people at a Couple stores, Including people who were used during the transport- Your Team Gets the GOLD!!! They remained very professional, called back after i treated them horribly and still rectified the situation! There were texts daily on the progression and it was completed earlier then expected! She looks BEAUTIFUL. 9.9 outta 10 (gotta leave room for improvement) So be open till 6pm.... that'll get you a 10! CALIBER COLLISION FOR THE WIN!!!

The team at Caliber Collision kept me well informed during the entire repair. I never once had to call or stop in to see how things were going. All repairs done were professionally handled, with no short cuts. Caliber Collision came recommended as a trusted repair facility thru my insurance company and I couldn't be happier. Also beyond the repairs being done, my truck was clean when I went to pick it up. That goes a long way with me because I have had vehicles repaired at a dealership in the past, returned to me filthy from body shop dust. Thanks again for a job well done!
