Once my appointment was confirmed every step of the process was smooth and stress free. Intake appointment was easy with thorough explanation of every step. Communication updates on the status of my vehicle never went longer than 48 hours. Car was returned a week ahead of the estimated completion. The repaired areas look like a brand new car and the added interior detailing before I picked it up was icing on the cake. Scheduling the appointment was not smooth, and the “call center” made this more painful than any other part of the process. Ditch the call center and tell me upfront to schedule directly with a Caliber location. A+ to the Valparaiso team.
