I was told you would fix rear bumper and from bumper scratches it was not done. The repair of the rear driver side door was great. The time it was in was good also.

A minor attention to detail issue. I would think that the license plate frame colud have been replaced instead of putting the old mangled one on the new rear bumper.

The door that required repair does not close correctly or easily. It now needs to be slammed shut or pulled hard from the inside. I noticed this issue when I picked the car up, the gentleman in the front office dismissed my concerns and mocked my efforts saying that all doors need to be firmly closed. After my boyfriend came to also address the issue the two men from your store would only speak to my boyfriend and not to me about my concerns.
