They explained the process in detail and they work well with the insurance co. I was very satisfied with the rental co. they coordinate with, also. Very easy & seamless process from beginning to end. From the very beginning my experience was excellent. Hannah made me feel like there was family taking care of my car. She helped me figure out how to get my car, which was being held hostage, out of the tow yard and over to them to get fixed. She suggested a complaint be filed over them holding it for 12 days and giving me such a hard time when I was injured. Also Kim was very helpful with answering questions I had about the repair process. And they even deliver the car to my home on a stormy day when they were finished. The car looks excellent you would not be able to tell there was any damage! I would highly recommend this business to anyone
