The repair cost 20% more than my wife and I anticipated according to your original estimate. As our insurance only covered a little more than half of the cost it was very expensive for us. If you had added a potential overage charge to the original estimate, based on your experience, it would've made us aware of the need to continue shopping for a more affordable repair elsewhere. At least then we would've been better informed of our options. As it was, it was too late to take my car to another shop after you started the repair work on it. Otherwise your service was excellent. You did an excellent job repairing my car and for that reason I don't regret bringing it to you to repair. I only wish the cost had been more affordable.

I think I would look to find a body shop that would cover the expense of my rental car. For bodywork worth $4700, I think that would be a nice thing to provide.
