Communication was pretty sparse. Repairs took over two weeks, which would have been more acceptable if they had updated us on what was happening. I had to call repeatedly for updates.

I had not personally kown of anyone using you for repairs, but USAA referred me to you per their insured client. I am totally impressed with the interaction, and professionalism, with the staff here at Caliber Collision. I was informed every other day, if not daily, on the progress of the repairs on my Genesis, which was nice to know for my personal planning. I felt comfortable and trusting with my car being under their care, and would recommend anyone with issues to their vehicle to give them a try!
