I was able to drop my BMW off a day before scheduled date . My loaner picked me up within 30 minutes. Within in 2 business days My BMW was ready for pick up. Awesome! Repair was great ! Austin and front desk clerk Becky is very nice. Keep up the good work!

From my initial call to Caliber Collision, I knew I was in good hands. Becky Smith was incredibly friendly and let me know they had availability to bring my vehicle in for a free estimate the very same day I called. From scheduling the estimate through the entire repair process, working with my service advisor, Austin Knowles, was completely flawless from start to finish. The estimate was completed quickly, my vehicle was scheduled for repairs sooner than I expected, and the final repair cost actually came in below the original estimate. Communication was excellent, the repairs were completed quickly, and the customer service exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and especially want to thank Becky and Austin for making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
