I was extremely happy with the customer service at caliber. I was expecting my truck to take a couple of days to be finished, they had me back in my vehicle in less than 24 hours. Plus they cleaned my truck inside and out. That was a very pleasant surprise. The people working there were very helpful, the girl at the front desk arranged my rental and they picked me up. When I returned for my vehicle, the branch manager CE out and showed me the repairs and my truck looked brand new. I've never had such a great experience with a body shop before. Thank you to the team at caliber.
