My only complaint about the whole process was that the initial shop which did the estimate did not tell me they couldn’t do the work because my truck wouldn’t fit into their shop until the estimate was done. It caused some confusion initially, but the shop I went to handled everything for me. They did a great job and finished ahead of schedule.

The service advisor Rachel Kavanaugh was very pleasent and professional from the moment I met her. She updated me daily on the progress of the repair and answered all questions I had. She also cordinated with the rental company to ensure the rental car was received without any glitches.She was awesome.
