Everyone I encountered at this location was nothing but professional, courteous and polite. Even though you were not yet on Nationwide list of preferred location, that didn't matter to me because your work on my vehicles in the past has been exceptional. So I want going anywhere else. I don’t normally complain, but I keep getting calls and emails to complete this survey. The paint job looks nice but my old paint is faded I guess so it doesn’t match now. I thought my car was going to be returned to me the same way it was before the accident. Before the accident my paint matched though. My car looks like it’s two different colors. I’m really not satisfied at all.
