No one needs to contact me. I relayed my dissatisfaction when I picked my car up. Before I dropped my car off for repairs I was told it would take about a week. The next day they said my completion date would instead be 23 days. When I questioned this I was told”well, there’s a holiday in there and we don’t work weekends, etc”, all things they knew previously. I paid a daily rate to rent a car…. I don’t have a problem with how long it took, I just wish they would have been truthful before my car was started and it was too late to go somewhere else.

I was told repairs would take about one week. But after it was too late to go somewhere else I was told 23 days. I have no problem with how long it took…just that I wasn’t given a truthful answer at the start.
