If vehicle cleanliness and details are to be improved along with the issues I have found on the truck already were not there Id be inclined to give a higher number.

Repair Quality

The truck bed vibrates to where something is loose or missing. The spare tire was on upside down and flopped around. Found a good size scratch/scrape on the opposite side of the truck bed that wasn’t there before repairs. Inside of the truck was dirty and dusty from shop dust and welds. Rear license plate frame went missing. My guess is during the truck bed removal and repair.

Customer Service

The prodev I would give is to inform customers with more in depth information on status, parts, time lines, next steps, etc. other than just a highlight of what is going on. Second there were times when updates were very short and brief like the employee was mad and wanted to end the conversation. Other than that the experience was pleasant and for a non car person this would have been a 10/10 experience I’m sure.
