If not for Nate Barber helping me get thru this long drawn out process, I would be completely dissatisfied with CALIBER ! The work turned out great but the two and a half months of turmoil that the service specialist ran me through was a nightmare !

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating from the lady at the front desk to the advisor and the guy who took back my rental. Everything was taken care of all I have to do is drop my car. Paperwork was done, called enterprise and got me on my way in no time. It’s like a well oiled machine. Every time I called or talked to someone for an update I was treated with respect. And the repair done to my car was awesome. And made sure that the new part matched the part it was connected to. They made sure that it didn’t looked patch up. Thank you very much for an awesome service!

My exhaust tip, trailer hitch, and tire leak was not repaired. These are things I pointed out in the walkthrough and I was expecting to be fixed. I will be inquiring about having this resolved.

They basically forgot our car for several weeks and the repair took 5.5 weeks instead of 3. They owned it and paid for the extended rental which was commendable. No need to contact me. Nate has communicated thoroughly already.

I love how they kept you informed with the status of your vehicle and it was done exactly when they said it will be ready. I brought my vehicle here before years ago. The customer service and Lindsey are still the same. Awesome My vehicle looks great once again. Highly recommend them.

There’s soda splashed in my car on the inside of the windshield on the entertainment system on the air-conditioning controls dried up soda all sticky, and shit. I don’t even drink soda.
