I was concerned about my car being in hands of car mechanics and cutting corners especially since my car is a family car and transports my children. I was thinking they would do cheaper route for Geico. I stressed my concerns and Aaron assured me I am his customer not Geico and he will make sure my car gets repaired properly and checked and rechecked. He kept me informed every step of the way. When I picked my car up he remembered my concerns and checked my vehicle with me and let me know its warranty. Said he's going to call in few days to be sure everything is working ok. I appreciate him stating Im his customer and not the insurance company. That made me most at ease.
