Caliber collision is very good. The staff who took care of the repair explained to me the whole process. He gave me the approximate date of completion which actually became the actual completion date. I was kept updated of the progress of the repair and always asked me if I have questions. Very professional team.

My truck was at the facility for nearly a month, and I received weekly updates on its progress. It took so long to get car done then mess up with the tags missing on my car then had to wait for car again then under carriage of car messed up and I’m the one that noticed it I’m just wishing they could have informed me about the problems
