It did take longer than expected for just a bumper repair. Also I only have 2 of the 4 screws in my license plate. While the cost was expected the quote was $200 off. I’d prefer an over estimate at best. Also I had requested texts be sent to me, they got sent to my wife until the last few days and then still included her name. Overall not a big deal, but it certainly isn’t the attention to detail I prefer

Jeff, The only complaint I have is my Yukon was filthy dirty inside everything pulled out of the back compartment was laying on the floor bottom not put back. Grease on the interior. I have a professional car detailer who cleans monthly those grease spots where not there before. Had to stop and clean the windshield inside there so much dust. The whole interior of the car is covered in dust. The outside was covered in dirt and dust looked like it had been sitting outside for weeks couldn’t tell how paint came out!! My detailer is going to hand wash the Yukon Wed morning so I can look at the paint job. I will be in touch if any problems.
