My only dissatisfaction was upon leaving, I wanted to speak to rep about my vehicle. My original agent was busy with checking someone in so another agent was paged. I waited for fifteen minutes and he never showed.

The whole process was easy. Especially when you had Enterprise come get us with a rental car. Then, when we came to pick our car up...you returned the rental car for us. We are totally satisfied with the way our car looks when it was fixed. Thank you.

I would not recommend Caliber to anyone and will actively tell people to stay away from Caliber.

Progressive told me that Caliber told them not to fix my window from a rear end collision because the motor was too old. Caliber told me they never looked at my window motor. Someone's lying, and I still have a broken window after getting hit by an uninsured driver. But Progressive saved a few hundred bucks and Caliber will continue getting business from Progressive.

After I was told my appointment was at 10 by Progressive, I arrived by 930. I was told by Caliber I had an 8 and 9 am appointment. Caitlin still got my car in and had it looked at that day.
