First I want to say Hillary is a fantastic representative. She excels in this role. That being said I'm disappointed that my vehicle was not ready when Caliber had it for 3 weeks because someone damaged the paint or clearcoat.It took another two days to fix. I don't know how a vehicle is damaged when stored at your facility and then it's discovered the day we were to pick it up. Not right.

I scored Caliber a 5 because though Hillary was an exceptional customer representative, my vehicle was not ready as promised after 3 weeks of service because someone damaged the paint and clearcoat. No one knows what happened. Hence had to wait another two days for it to be fixed.

This is a car I purchased for my daughter who is a student athlete at Baylor. My daughter dropped the car off for repairs and flew home for Christmas break. I reside about 1500 miles away, so I was really concerned on the handling of the repairs. Hillary was absolutely amazing. She kept me informed on each step of the repair. She helped coordinate the repairs with my daughters return to school. I have not seen the car but my daughter is very happy. Thanks for your help and amazing service.
