Caliber in Waterloo did a great job on my Telluride. I've never had to put a car in a body shop so I had no idea how long it would take, but I felt the time it took was proper. The reason I gave them a 9 and not a 10 was not, I believe, the shop's fault, but probably a corporate one, the website I was given for updates did not provide good updates. But I did receive updates via text twice weekly. But overall my car looks great and I'm happy they were able keep it from being totalled. Thanks Tom.

Very happy and surprised at the quick turnaround to the extensive damage. Just picked up my vehicle today’s and so far runs better than when it was knew. To the naked eye you’d never know there was any damage. Will gladly recommend CC for future accidents.
