You all were very professional and efficient. I was very pleased with how soon my car was completed I didn’t know what to expect from day one but I was very grateful for every text message that kept me up to date on everything that was done. I was extremely happy on how fast you all got my car in to get serviced. You all are truly amazing and I if needed (hopefully not under the same circumstances) I will definitely come back and will recommend.

Had to ask for estimate at first didn't seem like I had any say so it was all calibers doing I had to get them to get with state farm they new nothing on was going on with repairs but all ended good they began to keep me informed thxs

I have engine parts replaced that aren't in my final statement and were never discussed, mentioned, or needed replaced prior to dropping my vehicle off. They even have their labels still attached to them. Not to mention I dropped my vehicle off after already having the engine checked and cleared by the dealership without anything being replaced, and I got it back ticking with new unexplained parts. The overall customer service was great but this situation has me feeling uneasy.

I am overall satisfied with the body repair that was done. As for customer service, I'm not entirely sure it was worth being told I'm wrong and being treated like I don't know what I'm taking about when I actually do.
