Work was excellent. Scheduling was pits. Had set up mutually for a Monday and then no one ordered parts so delayed an extra week. Right hand didn’t know what left was doing. Body work was excellent

Four things I'd rate them on; 1. Price estimate of fix 2. Time estimate of job completion 3. Quality of completed work 4. Overall service level 1. Price - They gave an estimate and then re-did it as they found additional items. Overall, the price seemed to be on the high side for the work done, but I can't say much here, I can only say what I expected vs. what it was so no harm, no foul. 2. Estimate of completion was moved twice. Once because they ordered the wrong parts and once because they found additional items to fix. Overall, it was only a few days later than the original estimate. 3. Quality of completed work was very good. Paint match was dead on, all parts looked good, no bubbles in paint and all other parts were in very good condition. 4. Overall service was a little under par as they're a new shop and don't look to have full staff or office setup. Folks were pretty friendly though I had to announce myself when walking into the shop. Overall, good job.
