I was satisfied with the service, but when I went for a verbal estimate, I was quoted $2,000.-2,500. for repairs. When I picked up the vehicle, it was $2,000. More than the verbal est. I would have like to have been called & told it was going to be more. I do not want State Farm billed for work just because they participate with the shop. I will say it was a smooth transaction.
