I cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision! From start to finish, the process with my Ford Explorer was seamless. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly, which was such a relief, and kept everything moving smoothly. The text messages with updates were *chefs kiss* Kelly especially deserves a shoutout—her customer service is phenomenal! Especially being the first face you see when you walk in! She took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, answered all my questions. It’s rare to find that level of care and communication these days. My Explorer looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
