Caliber stayed in communication from start to finish AND in between. The estimate showed only repairing the door. Caliber took it a step further and ordered a new door. Paint job was top of the line. I would recommend Caliber who wants a professional job done.

Repairs were well done. However, during handling of the vehicle, my climate controls were completely reset; this should not have been necessary! Was the vehicle driven off the premises? If so, why?

I would suggest you get some caution tape to highlight the step into your business. I missed the step and fell coming in.
