They were good about letting me know how the work was going. And when the work had to be extended it actually didn’t take as long as they thought it would. And good explanation of the work done when I picked up the car. And one of the guys even pulled the car out of the garage for me.

My Experience

After a hit and run back in June, I was pleased to see my insurance company refer me to my preferred repair specialists. The VW is as good as new. Excellent workmanship and the top tier specialist team prove once again (I had extensive hail damage a few years ago on a different vehicle that you guys repaired back to new condition) that Caliber Collision is the “go to” shop for auto repairs. The front office as well as my case manager (Julie) were with me every step of the way, helpful with any concern of mine. Got my vehicle back home before the estimated date. Very happy.
