Caliber communicated excellently with me on what was happening with my car. I like knowing what to expect. I however wasn’t expecting a professionally cleaned car returned to me. That was a nice surprise!! Thank you for getting my car back to me and for giving me back a spotless car as well!!

I am always impressed with their work. I went to them before they were Caliber and have worked with them for more than 15 yrs. They kept me up to date on progress, coordinate things with insurance and rental. The receptionist is exceptional and super friendly. I highly recommend Caliber in Watertown/Oconomowoc.

I loved my service. This is the second caliber location I have used and I loved it. They kept me informed almost everyday about the status of my vehicle. They made this stressful time a little easier. The receptionist was AWESOME too! Such good energy. She deserves a raise :) thank you
