I was disappointed because my car was lefted making a loud noise and shakes. It wasnt doing it before dont know why it wasnt test driven before to fix issue before I arrived. Completely unfair.

Nothing you can do now. I am unqualified to rate the quality of the repair when I finally received the vehicle, but the service experience was atrocious. And I have requested Geico to arrange for caliber to repair my vehicle instead of others twice, after a quality repair experience. So this was the 3rd time caliber was repaired my vehicle

Hello, I’m reaching out because I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the repairs performed on my vehicle. After taking a closer look at the work, I found several issues that I do not consider acceptable for a professional collision repair. First, I am not satisfied with the finish on both doors. When I open the front and rear doors and run my hand along the edges, I can clearly feel a rough texture from the paint or clear coat that was applied. The finish does not feel smooth or properly completed. I also noticed that when I opened the fuel door to put gas in the vehicle, the entire area around the fuel filler was covered in sanding dust from the repair process. This makes me concerned about the attention to detail and the final cleaning and inspection of the vehicle before it was returned to me. Additionally, the bumper was not properly secured. The bumper clips do not appear to have been installed or adjusted correctly, and the bumper has already started separating and opening up. There are also visible imperfections in the paint finish. I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision expecting professional-quality repairs and for the vehicle to be returned to me properly finished, assembled, cleaned, and inspected. Unfortunately, based on the condition in which I received it, I am extremely disappointed with the workmanship and the overall quality control. I would like these issues inspected and corrected properly. I expect the door edges and paint finish to be addressed, the bumper to be properly secured and aligned, all paint imperfections corrected, and the vehicle thoroughly cleaned of any remaining sanding dust or repair debris. Please let me know how you plan to resolve these concerns and when I can bring the vehicle back for a complete inspection. Thank you, Daniel

At this point, I would be hesitant to recommend Caliber Collision because the repair has not been fully completed to my satisfaction. The manager did agree to correct the bumper alignment and replace the improperly fitted wheel trim, which I appreciate, but it has been about two weeks and I have not received any follow-up. My opinion could improve if the remaining issues are corrected properly and communication improves.

The repair process took about a month, and unfortunately I was not satisfied with the condition of my Infiniti QX80 when I picked it up. The bumper was not properly aligned and did not sit correctly, and the replacement wheel trim/cover was also not installed smoothly and did not look like a properly fitted new part. At first I was told that this was because aftermarket parts do not always fit perfectly, but I did not feel that was an acceptable explanation since these parts were being replaced and should have been properly fitted. After discussing it further, the manager agreed to order new parts and correct the wheel trim, and also address the bumper alignment by securing it properly. At my request, this was documented in writing. I picked up the vehicle because my 30-day rental period had ended and I needed to return the rental car. It has now been about two weeks, and I still have not received an update regarding the replacement parts or when the repairs will be completed. I appreciate that the manager agreed to make the corrections, and I hope Caliber follows through soon. My rating reflects the current situation because, at this point, the repair is still not completed to my satisfaction.

The customer service was generally professional, and I appreciated that the manager listened to my concerns and agreed to correct the bumper alignment and replace the improperly fitted wheel trim. However, I was disappointed that I initially had to push back after being told the fitment issue was due to aftermarket parts. It has also been about two weeks since I picked up the vehicle, and I have not received an update about the replacement parts or when the corrective work will be completed. Better communication and follow-up would improve my experience.
