There was a lot of confusion when my car was transferred to another facility. I had to initiate contact and track my car down, as it ended up at a different facility than I was told. When my car was finally done after over 5 weeks, I had to wait until it got transferred back to the facility I dropped it at originally. Some confusion when I was able to pick the car up. Everyone was very nice, so far the work seems very good. Just not seamless.

It was difficult to know when the vehicle was coming back so we could let where we were renting another wheelchair vehicle from know when theirs would be back. Also there were like 3 people I was dealing with and that was difficult, because communication wasn't solid between them.
