They did not consistently update me on pick up dates / times unless I reached out . I was renting a car during the repair and had to keep last minute requesting to extend it through the rental place . It was significantly longer than expected for the repair because of problems caused by the employees at the shop , not by the damage they were supposed to be repairing

Thank you to everyone at Calliber, my car looks awesome. I appreciate the cleaning of the interior, totally did not expect that but it made the car feel brand new. The repairs looked flawless. The communication from the team was very good and I never wondered what was going on. The help with my insurance and car rental was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again!
