The service and quality of work was exceptional. Caliber had better communication than any other shop I’ve ever been to. They took every stop possible to make sure it was fixed 10x better than it was before the accident. My only complaint is how long the entire job took to be finished, about a month start to finish. However, I know that was partially out of the shops control especially when waiting for the parts to arrive. They did do everything in their power to give me constant updates and did have it ready by the final estimated deadline they gave me. Overall wonderful service and I would recommend!

Everything was perfect except for 1 thing. My camera when I turn on the right blinker or push the button to start it don't work now n it worked even after I hit the deer.

I’ve brought 3 cars in during the last 18 months and I will continue to bring cars to them. They are good about giving updates on the progress and explaining the bill. I didn’t have to contact my insurance company at all after I dropped my car off. I even left the rental car there and they arranged the return and pick up. The ladies in front are very nice and professional. Highly recommend Caliber Colision!
