I would have given a 10, as they did an exceptionally job and it was all really easy of a collaboration between them & my insurance company however, it would have been nice to know upfront that the parts may be in back order as I didn’t get a rental & was without a car for 3 weeks :( This might have been something out of their control/they didn’t realize would happen, but just as a heads up for the next customer so they are aware would be appreciated I’m sure!
