The work that Caliber Collision did was great and I have no complaints in that area. However, my car was in the shop for 5 and a half weeks and the completion date was changed about 6 times. My car was drivable, so if the shop knew they weren’t going to be able to work on it right away then they should have pushed back my drop off date.

The quality of work was great however the timelines was unacceptable and the date was pushed back 3 different times it took over a month for me to get my vehicle back which made things rather difficult for me as I only have a one vehicle household.

Getting the text updates was very nice however they kept pushing the date back in which the repairs would be completed by. The receptionist was very pleasant and polite.

Well first off amazing and fast team got texts everyday saying what's going on and when, my jeep was going to be done, explained after it was done and I got to pick it up what they all did and how and why, they even cleaned my mats in my jeep they look amazing like brand new and it was done on the day they told me it was going to be. So helpful and kind, thank you so much for working on my jeep.
