A chrome piece below the rear window and Lexus symbol and just above the license plate was scratched when the tree branch fell, but was not replaced. We will take it in tomorrow, weather permitting, for their inspection.

When I received my vehicle back there were multiple blemishes in the paint that we’re not there when I dropped it off that had to be repaired as well as spots in the new paint where the job was not done correctly. One of my interior panels was not properly secured and upon checking the people at caliber said that the clip had been broken and that they would fix it, which is OK but the fact that they tried to give it back to me that way is unacceptable. Also when I dropped off my car the interior was cleaned very well, I received it back with footprints and dirt all throughout the interior of the car where you can tell that their employees have been crawling through the interior of the car. I am very disappointed that nobody actually took the time to clean my vehicle to the standard of which it was clean when I dropped it off, before giving it back. The fact that I had to point out an interior panel that was not properly secured because some of its hardware was broken as well as multiple blemishes in the paint and overspray from where the taping job on the repaint was not done well really speaks to the type of quality that the shop does in my opinion. If I ever need body work done to my car again I will not come back to this caliber collision in Waxhaw North Carolina.
