The staff at the front desk were exceptional. There does seem to be some communication opportunities between what I will call Corporate and the local location, and the opportunity lies with Corporate, given the texts I received from Corporate.

Very impressed with the communication. They kept me updated with texts every couple of days letting me know what phase they were in while our car was in the shop so I was able to keep my family informed as well.
