After bringing the truck in for an estimate I was given two options to repair or replace the tailgate. I opted for repair. I dropped it off and it was ready the same day as promised. When I checked the work I found that a piece of plastic trim had been broken during the repairs that I was not told about. The shop was not aware either but the tech owned up to the mistake. Caliber Collision took the high road, ordered the replacement part and had it fixed in 2 days. I appreciate them making it easy and not a hassle and the initial repairs that were completed look great.
