The representative who gave me the estimate advised it should take no more than 4 days for this very minor repair. He also said they were very slow at the moment so if I brought it in right away the repair could be done quickly. It ultimately took 15 days and the explanation provided for the delay was completely inadequate.

Wonderful job. I like the fact that they have kept me updated the whole time on what is going on. Also my car looks great. It just has to go back one my drivers window comes in to get it fixed. A lot of damage and it still looks very nice.

I just returned from an extended trip to help my sister after her husband passed unexpectedly. During this time my truck was being repaired by Calliber Collision in Waxhaw so I wasn’t able to see it till today. I am more than satisfied with the repair bc they went above n beyond in making sure both sides of the backend matched, each having little black wings. The deep damage is gone! Flying to the funeral n just having the anonymous damage at the same time was just awful. I thank Waxhaw Calliber Collision’s crew for an excellent job well executed. I’m glad that Progressive had recommended them to me. From drop off to my husband picking it up, understandably parts took a while to receive as nationwide, I hv learned, acquiring hasn’t bn a smooth process for every sector. Caliber collision told me everything was fine with the insurance and my rental car was on the way an cover, FALSE. My rental car wasn't covered an took more then an hour to pick me up. One small dent cost more the 1500 dollars and y'all had my car for a week an a half only to finally pick my car up an see a terrible paint job on my door that easily showed splotches of color that wasn't uniform. Was glad they said to call back next week an they will take care of it, thank you but how much of an inconvenient thang that is when you have a full time job an three kids.
