Worst experience ever! Our insurance company paid for a new fender to be put on the vehicle and the paint blended. This did not happen and we were not informed that the fender was fixed with body filler and not replaced. Thankfully my husband was raised in a body shop and knew. Nothing was communicated to us about the fender and when he asked about they told him it was fixed and it was now. Our insurance company is now investigating it because they paid for the fender to be replaced and blending to be done and it was not. The adjuster even came back to look at the car today to confirm and my husband was right. The staff is not friendly or welcoming. I would recommend your staff take some customer service and communication classes. There was also another customer in there when I was waiting and he also told the lady at the front desk how horrible communication was and she just shoved it off like oh well sorry. Unacceptable and terrible service at this location.
