Hi there, Your staff kept me informed via text and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. They even helped by collecting the remaining rental payment after my insurance coverage period ended, which I really appreciated. Overall, the customer service was excellent. One detail I wanted to mention: when I received the car back, there were paint stains on the back seat. I was told by the staff member assisting me that someone would reach out to arrange a detailing appointment to address this. I’d appreciate a follow-up on that, as I’d like to make sure everything is resolved. Aside from that, I’m very happy and satisfied with the service. Thank you, Jose infanzon

Caliber Collision’s communication and customer service were great. The only issue is that the car still needs some detailing, as there are paint drops on the back seat. They mentioned that they would arrange a detailing session to address this.
