Caliber Collison was excellent. Clear and frequent communications of status of vehicle. Good explanation of service. I was not very happy with Travelers Claim representative, nickel and diming Caliber Collison on every nut and bolt of the covered repairs.

The complete repair was outstanding! There was a circular burn mark on my back seat when I picked up the car, but I was pleased with how Calibar Collision dealt with it. They dispatched a technician to repair it at my home, and now my seat looks brand new! Gratitude!

Have not test driven vehicle at night for the headlights but the quality of the work seems very good. Zach was efficient and great to deal with. The work was done very quickly. All of the staff including Mary communicated very well and were very nice.

Zac was very good at communicating and trying to expedite the return of my car. I know that sometimes things are unexpected, but I feel with a small repair as such, a good idea of the total cost should of been known, submitting the final cost to the insurance company at a shorter time. Don’t get me wrong, my insurance company SUCKED getting the issue finalized so I could get my car back when promised. Knowing that, I felt a supplement cost could of been submitted sooner. Call it constructive criticism, Overall though, I would highly recommend Zac and the shop to anyone!

Mary first signed us in and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the process. She had all the paperwork ready to go. Zac walked us through what was going to happen next. He too was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Zac kept us informed almost daily over the week it took to repair the hood. When we picked it up, exactly when he said it would be finished, Zac mentioned they had done a light detail. What an understatement! The interior of my car hadn’t looked that good in years! I am very, very pleased with our experience with Caliber Cillision! I would recommend them every time!

We had such a positive experience with Caliber. Mary greeted us and guided us through the check-in process. She’s such a pleasant lady. Zac told us exactly what was going to happen and kept up communication the whole week. My car’s repairs were completed when Zac said they would be. When we were leaving Zac mentioned he had done a light detail. What an understatement! My car hasn’t looked that good in years.! Thanks guys!

I had to call for updates and the work is incomplete, which will require an additional trip from Boone to Waxhaw. Everyone was really nice, though, and Progressive has not made this repair convenient
