Caliber Collision did a wonderful job with my car. Zac, Mary at Caliber in Waxhaw were fantastic. I was always aware with what was happening with my car repairs even while I was overseas. When I went to take delivery it felt like the the rear end never happened. Highly recommend Zac and Team. Keep up the good and honest work.

We are satisfied with the mechanics work. Although the customer service was not satisfactory. We took our car in to be repaired on August 1. Until August 11 he quoted us the cost of repair will be somewhere around $3600. They couldn’t finish repairing onto following week. On Monday 14th he quoted the repair cost will be more than $8000. I was shocked to find out that price. He mentioned that cost of replacing headlight would be $1400 a piece. So that is the reason the cost was high .He did mention at the beginning the headlight might have a crack, so I assumed he included those prices in his estimate at the beginning. If he is the customer service representative, he could treat us differently.
