I have already found parts that have not been replaced that are broken from the wreak. Iv also found bolts missing and some not tight. I haven taken pictures of everything I found. also my wife was told that the alignment being knocked off was not from the wreak that it’s because it has a lift on it and I highly disagree. I just had it aligned a few weeks prior. When the accident happened it bumped our car to the right and after that point it’s been off. But I’m not worried about that the parts not being replaced and bolts missing and not tight I am very unhappy about

Was not completed the first time I was told it was ready. I went to pick it up and it was clearly not complete and I should have never been notified it was.

The person assigned to my vehicle was not thorough in his inspection of the car and it led to him telling me it was ready when it wasn’t. Also, there was concerns about the rental car rerun from enterprise who said they were not notified properly and when I called Caliber to discuss the person was rude in responding to simple questions.
